Being a Mom Means...
You have to clean up poop that miraculously shoots out of a diaper and up your baby's back.
You have to flush 4 fishy friends when they suddenly turn up floating.
As soon as you sit down to take a shit someone gets hurt or desperately needs you.
You get so excited meeting parents with the same interests as you (Power Rangers, Bubble Guppies, and muddy kids)
You get paid in kisses and macaroni necklaces.
Being told your way of doing math is "From olden times".
Showering once a day is a luxury.
You are a bug squisher, nose wiper, booboo kisser, meal maker, and bedtime reader all wrapped in one kick ass woman.
What does being a mom mean to you?

Knowing exactly what my two-year-old means when he says, "Want some of dose." He's looking for whatever he smells on my breath. Today it was M and Ms.
Having to cut tighty whities off of him when he poops. (He refuses to use the potty for #2.)
Always having to share everything I eat. Tonight this meant giving my son extra peas, because I had more than him and this was not okay in his mind.
Open-mouthed kisses from a little man who hasn't learned to pucker.
The injuries that only come from stepping on Legos. Man, those things are lethal.
Cut the undies off, why didn't I think of that!!! I used to try and slide the off without getting poop down his leg or on my hand....never really worked to well...
Being a mom means more work than i can even imagin all wrapped up in a blesssing I hope to oneday enjoy. :-)
Amen Sweetmocha!
