I've failed at being the perfect mom once again, and I could easily care less.
I remember 7 years ago when I was commuting to NYC, for work and not getting home until bath-time, I prayed that there would be a day when I could spend more time with my kids and witness every scraped knee.
Though I never intended on being a work-from-home-mom, I was excited about the idea of having more control over what happens in my kids life--namely the food they eat.
My family has been slowly transitioning to a more organic and less processed diet for some time now. It all started with my hubby, who spearheaded this change of lifestyle. After reading numerous articles about the
dangers of processed foods, I was scared to put anything into my kids that I didn't grow or kill myself.
