I know its seems like this MIB has been MIA for far too long, but it has been for good reason...I swear.
I'm starting a new blog!
Why oh why would I abandon MIB you ask?? Well, life is all about change and over the past 2 years I've loved writing about Boyland, but honestly something was missing.
I've shared my quest to get knocked up with a baby girl, the nail-biting anticipation to find out if my "natural" methods were in vain, my television debut on the Nate Berkus Show, writing gigs at Babble.com & Sesame Street and home birthing our 3rd son.
I've learned so much about myself as a mom, wife, and woman. Yes some of that self reflection included discovering my boys will try my patience until I'm on the verge of being thrown in jail, my 13 year old is fully aware that my husband and I do the dirty, and I have completely deteriorated in my parenting capabilities.
But aside from that life is awesome! Really.
Because of MIB I have realized my one true passion is natural birthing, which is why in a month I will be taking a course to become a Certified Birth Doula! I have to thank my friend Dee, the ladies in my local Holistic Moms Network, my husband and my mom for helping me find my greater purpose.
I started MIB as a way to share my natural parenting journey. I had no idea this would become a place I'd drop "F-bombs" on my kids and discover my need to live a more holistic life. (Yes, you can do both!)
You have been there for me from the beginning and without getting too sappy, I truly appreciate your feedback, encouragement and support through mommy issues and when I was ready to slap a Target employee with my shoe (gotta LOVE pregnancy hormones!) I think its time for a fresh start.
So with that, I've created a new space where I can chronicle my new chapter focusing on a balanced mind, healthy body and spiritual connection, aptly titled Granolaville!

| Not much has changed, I'm still cartoonishly dorky. |
Granolaville launches March 19th, but until then I hope you will check out the Facebook Page, subscribe to my email list, or follow me on Twitter.
Thank you so much for reading my Boyland rants, I hope to see you soon in Granolaville!
Saying Good-bye to Boyland for now,
